Method: Hand Stamping
Stamping is a method of imprinting one surface upon another and has many applications in metal manufacturing, microfluidics, product fabrication, and material sciences. We have performed several tests on the stamping process, including testing for imprint consistency, liquid deposition, liquid dispersion, pH response, and more.
Testing Parameters:
Our strips test 3 parameters: leukocytes, nitrites and an elevated pH

High levels of white blood cells or leukocytes may indicate your body is fighting off an infection, showing a positive test reaction

Certain types of bacteria have an enzyme that converts nitrates into nitrites. The presence of nitrites may indicate harmful bacteria in the urinary tract

Most of the bacteria responsible for urinary tract infections make the urine more alkaline because the bacteria split urea into ammonia and other alkaline waste products
Product Assemble:
Our test strip kit will contain a single strip, cup and UTI user guide. The patient will urinate in the cup, dip the strip into the cup and then wait for the color change. Our user guide is simple, allowing CHW's and patients to easily interpret results.
